WHAT TO EXPECT
About the Procedure
This procedure is performed in our outpatient surgery center under general anesthetic. It generally involves an incision along the inner side of the upper arm that allows for the removal of excess skin and fatty tissue. The extent of the incision can be modified depending on your personal desired results.
Time of Procedure
This procedure takes one hour with another hour of recovery time before going home.
Swelling and bruising may last up to three weeks. Return to work can be expected within 5 to 7 days. Full results are expected within 9 to 12 months.
