Seeking: Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Bonaldi Aesthetics and Dr. Louis Bonaldi are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills, great organization and a warm, professional personality to join our team. Our front desk staff serves as the face of our practice and is a very important role that requires a friendly, attentive demeanor and extraordinary organization.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • 5 years minimum working experience
  • Experience in a customer service position
  • Receptionist experience preferred
  • Medical office experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Exceptional phone skills

Responsibilities:

  • Answers phone in a friendly, helpful manner, directs calls appropriately.
  • Greets patients upon arrival, determines needs and ensures paperwork and details of appointment are in order and up to date
  • Make appointments for multiple providers, enters bills and payments utilizing medical management software Nextech
  • Assists patients at check out, collect fees, schedule follow up appointments
  • Maintains organized patient files, pull charts and refile.  Exceptional attention to detail to ensure proper medical chart filing protocol is followed
  • Reviews and distributes correspondence
  • Maintains proper opening and closing procedures
  • Keeps an inventory of office supplies and reorders as necessary
  • Monitors waiting room for cleanliness, keeping magazines and brochures stocked and ordered
  • Performs other duties and assumed various responsibilities as needed

Days/hours:

Monday-Thursday 9:00-5:00/Friday 9:00-12:00 (somewhat flexible)

Compensation and Benefits:

$17-$22/hr. depending on experience, plus the opportunity for performance bonuses.  Benefits package includes paid holidays and paid time off, health and dental insurance and 401K plan.
